These cables are flame resistant, halogen free cables that can continue to transmit energy for up to 180 minutes under fire conditions (750°C heat and flame). In addition, if requested, these cables also meet the EN 50200 fire resistance test classes PH15-PH30-PH60-PH90 (842oC flame and impact) requirements. These cables are used in fire alarm systems, control cables for devices that need to operate in case of fire, elevators and machinery, ventilation systems connected to fire alarm systems, power supply cables for lighting, in environments such as metros, hospitals, business centers, schools, etc., where the emission of toxic gases by burning of the cable is not desired during a fire.
