The termination module for the internal bus extension 750-627 is installed at the end of the I/O terminal, as for the standard termination module 750-600. The terminal block is terminated with the module to which a connecting cable can be connected via RJ-45 connector.

Power is supplied to the internal electronics via the internal line. Together with at least one coupler module for internal bus expansion 750-628, the module forms a functional unit. The fieldbus coupler/controller handles all diagnostics and commissioning tasks.

To ensure safe, reliable operating states when using the internal bus extension 750-628, these states must be recorded with the following couplers or PLCs (see manual for supported couplers/PLCs) before startup. For this purpose, the "WAGO Extension Setting" software must be used (download: www.wago.com).

When updating firmware and internal operating parameters, please fill in the production number matrix located on the right side of the couplers.
