Fieldbus Coupler DeviceNet; ECO; Light grey


The ECO fieldbus coupler is designed for applications with low-scale I/O requirements. By using only digital process data or a small amount of analog data, all the options offered by the 750 I/O Series are preserved.

The coupler has an integrated supply terminal for system voltage. Field power bridge contacts are fed through a separate supply module.

Device NetTM automatically adjusts the bus coupler ^, creating a local process image that can include analog, digital or custom modules.

Device Net ^TM saves the process image to the relevant Master control (PLC, PC or NC).

The local process image is divided into two data regions: received data and data to be sent. Process data can be sent to the PLC, PC or NC via Device Net ^TM fieldbus for further processing and received from the field via Device Net ^TM .

The data of the analog modules is stored in the automatically generated process image in the order in which the modules are connected to the bus coupler. The bits of the digital modules are sent as bytes and added to the analog data. If the amount of digital information exceeds 8 bits, the bus coupler automatically starts with a new byte.
