This bus coupler connects the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM as a slave to PROFINET IO Industrial ETHERNET for automation. The fieldbus coupler supports all WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM modules.

The coupler automatically adjusts to create a local process image that can include analog, digital or custom modules. Analog and special module data are sent in words and/or bytes; Digital data is sent in the form of bits.

The fieldbus coupler is integrated into the application as a PROFINET IO device.
