It transmits the binary control signals it receives from the automation device to the connected actuators (e.g. magnetic valves, contactors, transmitters, relays or other electrical loads). The module has CAGE CLAMP ® S connections that enable press-on termination of single-core conductors. The switching status of each channel is indicated by a green LED. Field and system levels are electrically isolated. A 2.5 mm tip tool (210-719) is required to open CAGE CLAMP ® S connections.
