This PLC connects ETHERNET to WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM.

The controller automatically adjusts to create a local process image that can include analog, digital or custom modules. Analog and special module data are sent in words and/or bytes; Digital data is sent in the form of bits.

The controller can handle data rates of 10/100 Mbit/s and is programmable according to IEC 61131-3. The controller provides 512 KB of program memory, 256 KB of data memory and 24 KB of retention memory for it.

It has multitasking capability, battery backup, real-time clock, and is based on a 32-bit CPU.

The PLC offers a number of different application protocols that can be used for data acquisition or control (MODBUS, ETHERNET/IP) or system management and diagnostics (HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, FTP, SNMP and SMTP).

For web-based applications, HTML pages can be generated on the internal server.

The integrated RS-232 interface is used for communication with external devices. The PLC can also be addressed as a Modbus RTU slave via the RS-232 interface.
