The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection against mismating is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. WAGO pluggable installation connectors are used when specifications repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, maintenance-free wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). B coding enables the WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors to be used for control in applications in automation, mechanical engineering and robotics. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates exemplary electrification. Due to the included test slot, connections can be checked even when they are plugged in. This saves time, labor, and money. If you need to satisfy stricter safety standards, you should use cables with fire class C. These are suitable for use in buildings with special high demands on safety. In the manufacturing of this cable assembly, halogens were deliberately omitted. This is an important contribution to climate protection.
