The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20 supports rapid, correct installation. Our pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology function without screw connections. They allow flexible, error-free installation in a large number of possible uses. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, secure wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector offers touch-proof protection with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are particularly suitable for lighting management, for instance for the dimming function of DALI lights. The WINSTA® MIDI Pluggable Connection System with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology facilitates safe electrification. Thanks to the integrated test slot, it is possible to check connections even when they are plugged in. That saves time and reduces installation labor and expense. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used in construction is critical for building safety, too. For buildings with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. The cable assembly is halogen-free. This eliminates the addition of environmental pollutants during production. It also increases the fire class, since halogen-free materials are flame-resistant.
