The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly with protection type IP20 supports rapid, correct installation. The pluggable installation connectors with spring pressure connection technology work completely without screw connections. They allow flexible, error-free installation in numerous applications. For greater protection in electrical installations, the pluggable installation connector is provided with mechanical protection against mismating. The pluggable installation connector offers protection against contact with live components in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). Controlled lighting equipment, as used with the DALI standard, for example, is the main use of WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding. This pluggable installation connector is designed for a current load of up to 20 A. Therefore, it can also be used for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line allows maximum flexibility for the installation. With its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it achieves time-saving, error-free installation and offers customization and flexibility for meeting various installation requirements. Building safety must be ensured at all times, even after the electrical installation stage. The safety requirements in connection with EU CPR are met by this product through fire class D. In the manufacturing of this cable assembly, we eliminated the use of halogen. That is an important contribution to environmental protection.
