The WINSTA® MIDI cable assembly 5-pole is the pluggable solution for your use in control cabinets, for lighting connections or on PCBs. WAGO pluggable installation connectors can be used when requirements repeat or are distributed on a specified pattern, for example for installing grid lighting or flush-mount lighting. The coding options reduce installation errors, allowing fast, maintenance-free wiring of all components. The pluggable installation connector is protected against ingress by solid objects in accordance with protection type IP20 (When mated: IP2xC (These compact connectors are not designed for use in open, easily accessible areas!)). WINSTA® MIDI pluggable installation connectors with I coding in blue are particularly suitable for easy lighting installation, for example for the dimming of DALI lights. This pluggable installation connector can be used for electrical currents up to 20 A. Thus the product is ideally suitable for high power loads. The WINSTA® MIDI product line guarantees maximum flexibility for the electrical installation. Through its Push-in CAGE CLAMP® spring pressure connection technology, it guarantees error-free, time-saving installation and offers flexibility for meeting an enormous variety of installation requirements. According to the European CPR, the fire class of the cables used for construction is essential for building safety, too. For houses with safety requirements, cable assemblies with fire class D are suitable. Not using halogen additives in the manufacture of this cable assembly significantly increases fire safety and minimises environmental pollution.
