Quick and easy connections are guaranteed with this PCB terminal block (item number 2636-1102/020-005). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 76 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 18 mm and 20 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points that you can use to connect two potentials. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the red housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. An operating tool is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. These PCB terminal blocks are mounted using feed-through mounts.. Insert the conductor at a 0° angle.. The solder pins, which are 1.2 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are three solder pins per potential.
