Our PCB terminal block (item number 2616-1102/010-000) is designed for seamless electrical installations. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 1000 V and can handle currents up to 76 A, making it ideal for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product is highly versatile. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. Dimensions: 22.8 x 37.2 x 32 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². It has one level. Two potentials can connect two poles using the two clamping points The gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THT is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered). They are 1.2 x 1.2 mm cross-section and 4 mm in length. Each potential has three solder pins.
