Our PCB terminal block (item number 2616-1101/000-016) is the perfect way to connect conductors quickly and easily. You can count on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide range of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 76 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 18 mm and 20 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 12.8 x 37.2 x 32 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.75 mm² to 16 mm². Up to one potential / one pole can be connected to this terminal block using one clamping point on one level. The green-yellow housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). They are 1.2 x 1.2 mm and 4 mm in length. Each potential has six solder pins.
