Our PCB terminal block (item number 2606-1102/000-006) is the perfect way to connect conductors quickly and easily. It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when selecting a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 1000 V and a rated current of 41 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 11 mm and 13 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 17.85 x 28 x 24.3 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 10 mm². It features one level and two clamping points that you can use to connect two potentials / 2 poles. The blue housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. Insert the conductor into the board at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line) and are 1.5 x 1.2 mm cross-section and 4 mm in length. Each potential has two solder pins.
