Easily, quickly and safely connect conductors with this PCB terminal block (item number 2604-3503/000-016). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 1000 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 32 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 9 mm and 11 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, offering a key advantage: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The dimensions are 30.4 x 25.3 x 16.7 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.2 mm² to 4 mm². It has one level. Three potentials can connect three poles using the three clamping points The green-yellow housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A lever is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.8 x 1 mm in cross-section and 4 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
