Our PCB terminal block (item number 2601-3107) is the ideal way to connect conductors quickly and securely. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 26 x 20.2 x 12.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It comes with one level and seven clamping points that you can use to connect seven potentials / 7 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the gray housing is made of polyamide (PA66) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a lever. The PCB terminal block is designed for THT soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 1 x 0.5 mm in cross-section and 3.6 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
