Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-3205) simplifies electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. Dimensions: 24.2 x 10.2 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². Up to five potentials / five poles can be connected to this terminal strip using five clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
