Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-3203/300-000) makes connecting wires quick and easy. It is ideal for custom installations with different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 14.2 x 9.3 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. Three potentials can connect three poles using the three clamping points The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THR is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
