Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-3122/997-604) makes connecting wires quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 630 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product outperforms the competition. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged in without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 9.2 x 16 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is designed for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. Two potentials can connect two poles using the two clamping points The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are one solder pin per potential.
