This PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1229/997-607) is designed for quick and easy connections. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be pushed in without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 32.2 x 10.2 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and nine clamping points for connecting nine potentials / 9 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are one solder pin per potential.
