This PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1222/300-000) is designed to connect conductors quickly and easily. You can count on proven safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It is therefore suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged in without the need for tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 7.7 x 9.3 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It comes with one level and two clamping points that you can use to connect two potentials / 2 poles. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. Insert the conductor into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered) and are 0.3 x 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm in length. Each potential has one solder pin.
