Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1222) makes connecting wires quick and easy. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, boasting a key feature: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. Dimensions: 7.7 x 10.2 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. Two potentials can connect two poles using the two clamping points The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). The contact surface is coated with tin. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins are organized over the entire terminal strip (staggered). They are 0.3 x 0.8 mm cross-section and 2.4 mm in length. Each potential has one solder pin.
