Connect conductors quickly and safely with this PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1203/300-000). You can rely on tried and tested safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a host of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 160 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 11.2 x 9.3 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect three potentials / three poles using the three clamping points. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at an angle of 0°.. The solder pins, which are 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm long, are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
