Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1202/300-000) simplifies electrical installations. You can rely on trusted safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product incorporates one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 7.7 x 9.3 x 13.6 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². Up to two potentials / two poles can be connected to this terminal strip using two clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation. The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THR is used to solder the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 0° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm in length and are arranged over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
