Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1130/997-607) is designed for seamless electrical installations. It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 320 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. It can therefore be used in high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 37.7 x 16 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and ten clamping points for connecting ten potentials / 10 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), and the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation. Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. Insert the conductor at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm long, are arranged over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are one solder pin per potential.
