This PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1128/300-000/997-607) is designed for quick and easy connections. You can count on trusted safety with these PCB terminal blocks, perfect for a wide variety of applications when designing your devices. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 320 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector delivers reliable performance. Our Push-in CAGE CLAMP® is a universal, maintenance-free connection solution for all conductor types, featuring a winning design: both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be directly inserted without the need for tools or any preparation, such as crimping the ferrule. The dimensions are 28.7 x 15.1 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and eight clamping points for connecting eight potentials / 8 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THR is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted into the board at a 90° angle.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are one solder pin per potential.
