Connecting conductors is quick and easy with this PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1124). It offers the flexibility needed for different mounting types. Rated current and voltage are key factors to consider when choosing a PCB terminal block, as they indicate possible applications and uses. This product has a rated voltage of 320 V and a rated current of 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. Dimensions: 14.7 x 16 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It has one level. You can connect four potentials / four poles using the four clamping points. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. THR is used to solder the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at a 90° angle.. The solder pins, which are 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (staggered). There are one solder pin per potential.
