Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1112/300-000) is designed for seamless electrical installations. It is perfect for custom installations with different mounting types. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Ensure that the strip lengths are between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. This product features one conductor terminal and utilizes Push-in CAGE CLAMP®. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. It allows direct insertion of both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. The dimensions are 42.7 x 15.1 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). This PCB terminal block is suitable for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². Up to twelve potentials / twelve poles can be connected to this terminal strip using twelve clamping points on one level. The clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. A push-button is used to operate this PCB terminal block. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
