This PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1112) streamlines wire connections, making them both quick and easy. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, for example, as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed to handle a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Conductors can only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product delivers reliable performance. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for all conductor types. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. Dimensions: 42.7 x 16 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the type of conductor, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². Up to twelve potentials / twelve poles can be connected to this terminal strip using twelve clamping points on one level. The black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THR is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm in length and are organized over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
