Our PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1107) ensures effortless electrical installations. It is a universal connector that can be used practically anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. This PCB terminal block has a rated voltage of 160 V and can handle currents up to 17.5 A, making it suitable for high-load applications. Conductors should only be connected to this PCB terminal block if their strip length is between 8 mm and 9 mm. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this product outperforms the competition. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology provides a universal connection solution for any type of conductor. It allows both solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules to be inserted directly into the clamping point without the need for tools. The dimensions are 25.2 x 16 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and seven clamping points that you can use to connect seven potentials / 7 poles. The contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), the black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). Tin is used for coating the contact surfaces. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. THR is used to assemble the PCB terminal block. Insert the conductor at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins, which are 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 2.4 mm long, are set out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
