Quick and easy connections are guaranteed with this PCB terminal block (item number 2086-1103/300-000). It is a universal connector that can be used almost anywhere, e.g., as a pluggable PCB connector, panel feedthrough header, connector for rail-mount terminal blocks, or a floating connector for different mounting methods. Our PCB terminal block is rated for 160 V and is designed for use with a rated current of up to 17.5 A. As such, it is suitable for high-load applications. Strip lengths must be between 8 mm and 9 mm when connecting conductors to this PCB terminal block. Featuring one conductor terminal along with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, this connector outperforms the competition. Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection technology is ideal for connecting all conductor types. Solid and fine-stranded conductors with ferrules can be plugged in without needing to use any tools—all thanks to its pluggable design. Dimensions: 11.2 x 15.1 x 7.8 mm (width x height x depth). Depending on the conductor type, this PCB terminal block is ideal for conductor cross sections ranging from 0.14 mm² to 1.5 mm². It features one level and three clamping points for connecting three potentials / 3 poles. The black housing is made of polyphthalamide (PPA GF) for insulation, the contacts are made of electrolytic copper (ECu), and the clamping spring is made of chrome-nickel spring steel (CrNi). The contact surface is coated with tin. This PCB terminal block is operated with a push-button. The PCB terminal block is designed for THR soldering. The conductor is designed to be inserted at an angle of 90°.. The solder pins measure 0.3 x 0.8 mm in cross-section and 1.5 mm in length and are laid out over the entire terminal strip (in-line). There are two solder pins per potential.
